We aim to deliver your items within four to seven working days, from time of dispatch and not from the time your order is placed. Items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.
Items will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Recorded services for deliveries within the UK, Europe and USA.
We deliver FREE to all UK destinations only.
We also ship worldwide, for International shipping rates, please go to VIEW CART to view the total postage fee before purchasing.
*Larger or heavier items will incur higher postage charges.
All orders come beautifully and carefully packaged.
Please note that: ALL clothing and some bridal accessories are NON REFUNDABLE and NON EXCHANGEABLE due to their age and delicate nature. Please contact us if you have any questions or require further images of any items which are non-refundable BEFORE you make a purchase.
For all other items, you are entitled to a full refund, within seven days following the date you received it, only if, the item was not correctly listed, or not as described. Alternatively a credit note can be issued.
Please note, that items will be inspected to ensure their condition was as sold. In the event of any damage found, a further deduction will be made to the refund amount.
Online SALE purchases are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange so please contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase.
Please note JUNKAHOLIQUE SHOP cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.
When returning an item you must first contact JUNKAHOLIQUE SHOP using the contact form. You will need to provide us with your order number and reason for return. Once this information has been received we will email you a returns reference number.
You must then return the item to JUNKAHOLIQUE SHOP within seven days in the condition it was sold in, and the original packaging that it was sent in with the return reference number stated clearly on the external packaging. We will contact you once the item has been received. Then either a refund or a credit note will be issued.
Please inform us of any breakages within forty eight hours of receiving the order.
